Frank is the Senior Portfolio Manager for Chartwell’s Small Cap Growth and Small-Mid Cap Growth strategies. He joined the firm in 2016. Previously, he was a portfolio manager for the small cap growth strategy at Lazard Asset Management. Earlier in his career, Frank was a portfolio manager at Turner Investments and First Fidelity Bank Corporation.
