Theresa is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst for Chartwell’s Small Cap Growth and Small-Mid Cap Growth strategies. She was previously with the firm from 2017 to 2020 and rejoined in 2022. Prior to re-joining Chartwell, Theresa was a research analyst at Voya Investment Management. Earlier in her career, she was an associate director of US strategy and planning at Merck, a healthcare research analyst at American Century Investments, and a global equity analyst at Turner Investments. She began her career as a health and welfare associate at Towers Watson.
