Tom is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst for Chartwell’s Fixed Income strategies. In addition to providing sector coverage, he helps craft the team’s economic and interest rate outlook. Tom joined Chartwell in 2007. Previously, he was an analyst at Janney Montgomery Scott.
